Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (Umkm) Pepes Ikan Dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan Pada Era Digital Di Kecamatan Cilamaya Wetan Kabupaten Karawang
The continuous development of technology in the modern era has transformed marketing methods from traditional and conventional approaches into fully digital systems. Amidst these rapid and complex changes, marketing strategies play a vital role in the success and growth of businesses. This research aims to analyze the marketing strategies employed by MSMEs producing pepes ikan in Cilamaya Wetan District, Karawang Regency, to boost sales in the digital era, and to conduct a SWOT analysis of these marketing strategies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a field study approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the analysis indicate that the marketing strategies of the pepes ikan MSMEs include segmentation, targeting, positioning, and the marketing mix, all of which are effectively supported by the use of digital technology. Based on the SWOT analysis illustrated in the SWOT diagram, the strategic position of the pepes ikan MSMEs falls within Quadrant I, representing an aggressive strategy, which can enhance income in the digital era.
